Kaho’olawe

ABOUT THE WORK
At the edge of day, Kahoʻolawe rests in silhouette, dark against a sky dissolving into violet, rose, and gold. The ocean carries the last traces of light, its surface a gentle blur of reflection and motion. In this fleeting moment, land, sea, and sky merge into a single breath, timeless, hushed, eternal. Kahoʻolawe is both a place and a presence, a meditation on memory, belonging, and the stillness found in transition.
